By accessing or using Marquee ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Marquee is a social movie and TV show discovery platform. The Service allows users to discover, rate, review, and organize movies and TV shows, create and share watchlists, follow other users, and receive personalized recommendations powered by AI.

Marquee does not stream, host, or distribute any movie or TV content. All streaming availability information is provided for reference and links to third-party services.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Marquee, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts or transfer your account to another person.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account.

You retain ownership of content you create on Marquee, including reviews, ratings, watchlist names, and thread posts ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Marquee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content within the Service.

You represent that you have the right to post any User Content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is harassing, hateful, defamatory, or threatening.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or misleading information.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service.
• Intentionally over-tax AI-powered features through excessive, automated, or abusive requests (e.g., spamming the conversational agent).
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

Marquee uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized recommendations, content summaries, and discovery features. AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

Marquee uses data from third-party sources to provide movie and TV information and streaming availability. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability data and deep links to streaming services are provided by Watchmode.

Marquee is an independent discovery platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any streaming service (including Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Max, or others). Streaming availability information is provided for convenience and may not reflect real-time availability. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data or the availability of external services.

The Marquee name, logo, design, and original content are the property of Marquee Inc. Movie and TV show metadata, images, and related content are the property of their respective owners and are used under applicable licenses.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marquee Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
